There are two ways for new athletes to start with Lake Washington CrossFit. We offer a free one hour introductory session to anyone who is interested in experiencing CrossFit and seeing how our gym operates.  All introductory sessions are scheduled by appointment with our coaching director.  They are typically a one on one session, however if you would like a friend or family member to join you just let us know. If you want to bypass your intro session and start your training right away, our Essentials Program helps us put your safety and comfort first.  It is important that we start your progression at the appropriate point, and our Essentials Program allow us to do just that.  It will also give you an opportunity to confirm your decision to start with us by answering any and all questions, meeting our community,and understanding how our gym operates.  To register for an upcoming Essentials Program please fill out the form to the right.
