To ensure all athletes are safe and comfortable with the skills, movements and exercises; we ask that new athletes to Lake Washington CrossFit start with a free one hour introductory session and three small group or personal training sessions via our Essentials Program, before joining our CrossFit classes.

Personal training sessions are paid in advance or at the time of service. Please give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel and reschedule a personal training appointment. You may be charged for each appointment missed without 24 hour advance cancellation.
>Your first month at LWCF is prorated depending on when you start.
>Monthly fees are paid on the 1st of each month via automatic monthly charge to checking account.
>To make changes or cancel your membership, please firstname.lastname@example.org by the 20th of the month prior to the change needed.
>If you will be away on vacation or business and need to temporarily put your membership on hold, please email email@example.com by the 20th of the month prior to the change needed. We will be happy to prorate payment for the amount of time you will be out of town.
