To ensure all athletes are safe and comfortable with the skills, movements and exercises; we ask that new athletes to Lake Washington CrossFit start with a free one hour introductory session and three small group or personal training sessions via our Essentials Program, before joining our CrossFit classes.

We are available to answer any questions you might have. Send us an email or give us a call today to schedule your free intro session, register for our Essentials Program or ask us anything you need to know to get started.

$100 per person

>One-on-One (Scheduled Individually)

      • $165 per person

When comparing prices, it is also important to compare coaching, services and the overall gym environment as they can vary greatly from one gym to the next.  We encourage athletes who are looking for a CrossFit Affiliate to visit multiple gyms before deciding which one to join.  To schedule a complimentary intro session, click here.

>Individual – Monthly Membership

      • $145 – 3x per week or less
      • $180 – UNLIMITED

 >Couples – Monthly Membership

      • $245 – 3x per week or less
      • $280 – UNLIMITED

 >Family – Monthly Membership

      • $330 – UNLIMITED

Drop-In Fee is $20
15% membership discount for all Law Enforcement, EMS, and Active Military personnel

>$65 per one hour session for one person

>$50 per one hour session for two people

>$35 per one hour session for three people

>5 session package includes a 5% discount

>10 session package includes a 10% discount

Personal training sessions are paid in advance or at the time of service.  Please give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel and reschedule a personal training appointment. You may be charged for each appointment missed without 24 hour advance cancellation.

>Your first month at LWCF is prorated depending on when you start.

>Monthly fees are paid on the 1st of each month via automatic monthly charge to checking account.

>To make changes or cancel your membership, please lwcrossfit@gmail.com by the 20th of the month prior to the change needed.

>If you will be away on vacation or business and need to temporarily put your membership on hold, please email lwcrossfit@gmail.com by the 20th of the month prior to the change needed.  We will be happy to prorate payment for the amount of time you will be out of town.
