I recently had a skiing injury that required me to have surgery. I was very disappointed as I had gotten so strong after about 6 months of CrossFit. I knew though, that I would be in good hands after returning to the workouts. After about 4 months of downtime, I went back to LWCF with welcoming arms and enthusiasm.
With Both Clark and Nick’s background training, they have been able to set me up for success one day at time. I get more confident every day, improving in my modified program. They keep close tabs on me, routinely ask how I feel, and they give me new stretches and ways to build the muscle back in to my knee and leg.
I am grateful to have them and everyone at LWCF on my side on my road to recovery. I am no huge athlete but am grateful to have these challenging workouts as part of my routine. Thanks Clark and Nick!!
