Why CrossFit?

To me CrossFit is the most effective and efficient workout you can do and LWCF ‘s commitment to their athletes is special. I have continued to be a part of this gym because it l has provided me more that just a strong mind and healthy body; it has brought me personal relationships and networking opportunities that will last a lifetime. 

 

Favorite Modality or Benchmark workout and why
Grace because I love to cycle a barbell 

 

Favorite Cheat Food/Meal

This body is a machine - and it’s fueled by Starbucks. 

 

What is a song you can find on your workout playlist? 
(What can a member expect to hear when you are coaching?)

I’m into all music but if Stardog champion by Morher Love Bone or Chandelier by- the one and only- SIA is on you better believe I’m sing/ dancing!

 

Best advice to a new prospective member trying CrossFit
for the first time.

CrossFit is all about getting out of your comfort zone. Embrace the suck and lean into your weaknesses.
