Why CrossFit?
LWCF’s commitment to each athlete as more than a customer, has been the biggest reason I stayed with early on CrossFit. This gym has provided me more that just a strong mind and healthy body; it has brought me personal relationships and networking opportunities that will last a lifetime.

Best advice to a new prospective member trying CrossFit
for the first time.
CrossFit is all about getting out of your comfort zone. Embrace the suck and lean into your weaknesses.
