LWCF Schedule / Class Calendar

For the health and safety of our community, we’ve introduced social distancing practices, deep-cleaning processes, and other safety measures that align with CDC guidelines and our state restrictions. We are currently observing the state restrictions to an occupancy of 8 members per class with proper distancing protocols observed. Please email lwcrossfit@gmail.com if you are interested in dropping in. Prior to arrival, all drop-ins will need to create a ZEN PLANNER account, sign a waiver, answer a few COVID-19 specific questions, and sign up for a class. Thank you for your understanding!

Personal Training & Specialty Classes:  By appointment only

Due to COVID-19 and King County's phase 2 status, we are currently hosting indoor workouts in groups of 8.  We are also scheduling private complimentary sessions for prospective new members. Please e-mail to schedule your first session!
