At Lake Washington CrossFit, we work hard and play hard.  Our community is our greatest strength; and when we come together for events such as the annual CrossFit Open Friday Night Lights, "Murph" on Memorial Day, or various hero or holiday WODs, the atmosphere is nothing short of electric.  We love cheering on the person struggling to complete the workout just as hard, and if not harder, than the athletes competing for first place.  Simply put: we thrive when we're together.  CrossFit is all about community - and this photo gallery serves to give you a glimpse into LWCF's awesomely-supportive (and eclectic) group of athletes.  Enjoy!
