At LWCF, our Olympic Weightlifting classes primarily focus on the development of the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk under the watchful eye of Master Coach Lincoln Brigham. Through a variety of special drills and numerous auxiliary exercises related to these lifts, our athletes improve in strength, speed, mobility, stability, body awareness, and power. Development in the Olympic lifts also translates to more efficient movement in your CrossFit WODs and overall athletics that can be applied to any sport.
These classes are open for all levels of athletes.
